Recommend a cheap HTPC case/mobo.

My folks recently decided that they don't want/need a TV service provider anymore. They mainly watch movies streaming on netflix or other things that are available online. I told them I could build them an HTPC.

At any rate, I'm looking at fairly cheap stuff, because they only game me a $100 budget for a mobo and case. I have an x3 720 and 2GB 1866MHz Patriot Vipers that I'm planning on using.

I was looking at this Apex DM-318. Anyone have any experience with it? Other better cases for the money?

At any rate, if you guys have any suggestions, please shoot them my way. I need a fairly cheap case, preferably no more than $65 shipped.

ALso, I was looking at getting this Biostar A880G+ due to its low cost, and really low power consumption. Is the onboard 4250 video enough for 1080p video playback?
Any other suggestions for a cheap mobo?

EDIT: THE BOARD MUST HAVE ONBOARD VIDEO AND HDMI OUT. THANKS!!!

4250 will be fine for your needs, so any 880G chipset should do it really

You need a psu also?

Thanks, but the GB board doesn't have HDMI out. My fault though, I should've put that in the OP.

Right now my mom watches netflix and whatnot on her computer in her bedroom. I have AT&T Uverse so, we have a buttload of channels. Problem is, I only watch maybe 30-40 at most. And they hardly ever watch it.

I have a couple of PSU's, definitely overkill though, 2 PC Power & Cooling silencers 610w, & 750 quad (both Seasonic builds).

Take it from me, dont ever get a case with an integrated power supply especially one that cheap, first is since they are not standard they're nearly impossible to find when they die (which mine did recently) I just bought the nMediaPC htcp 1080p which is currently 60bux on newegg, it's only 3.9" tall, standard 17" wide and beautiful for the money and it takes a standard atx power supply. even though it's a low profile case it has 3 hard drive cages which is nice. Best part is it looks like a piece of AV gear and not a computer.

Thanks guys.

I think I'm going to get a Silverstone case. I like the look, size, and price of it.
