Recomend a build for my brother-in-law.

Hi everyone, its me again. Im here today because my relationship with my brother-in-law has been strengthening lately, and I want to build him a decent pc.

Right now Im on a Compaq Presario SR1504X(his pc)
Stats-
Cpu
Celeron 350 (P) 3.20 GHz
Memory
512kb DDR 2700
Video
64 MB intergrated

I currently have some parts he can use until he can upgrade. I will be providing ALL his parts but the CPU and GPU(I will LOAN him my 2 5770's until the 7XXX series comes out, cant have him running nvidia ya know) j/k.

The parts I already have are the two 5770's and an 850 PSU. I need to know from you experienced intel users what I need to buy for him. I need the cheapest case, mobo(that will overclock to 4.5ghz with a 2500k,HDD/SSD and RAM possible. Lemme outline what this pc will be used for.

My brother-in-law is not versed in the nuances of the tech today, but I can tell he holds great interest. Id like him to be able to game sufficiently into the near future(considering he'll be purchasing a 7970 probably)

This is my proposed build:
Cpu
2500k
Mobo
Whatever is cheapest and can make the 2500k hit 4.5ghz
Ram
cheapest 4gb kit I can find
Case
something ultra-cheap, like 40$ or under
SSD
Crappy cheap SSD used for boot and a few applications
HDD
Good quality, 1tb or larger storage drive
DVD-RW
Cheapest

If there is anything I forgot, please remind me. Im cheaping out so much on half this build because he isnt gonna be going crazy with this thing, but I just cant bring myself to build with a subpar CPU/GPU, plus, Im paying for all parts besides for the CPU/GPU.

Thanks guys, Hope I get some good suggestions!

Mobo

GIGABYTE GA-Z68X-UD3H-B3 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813128498 $159.99 - Too much?

It can overclock well and can XFire at 8x/8x

RAM

GSKILL Ripjaws X 4GB 2x2 DDR3 1600http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820231277 $32.99

HDD

SAMSUNG Spinpoint F3 1TBhttp://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16822152185 $59.99

Case

CM HAF 912 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811119233 $59.99

You can remove the center 3.5 bay to allow more flow on to the GPU area.

Well I cant say that the motherboard is too much If thats what I need to pay for a decent overclock.

You gotta spend money to make GHZ...
