Well I had to remove the drove cages altogether and place the drives on a custom base (stacked vertically) in space below the GPU and in front of the PSU. I had tried mounting up top but one RAD was too close to the H50 for the CPU and created a deadzone where the temps on that card was +10c over the other. So they are back in the front intakes.
In order for the rads to reach I had to stack at three fans in front. I eventually got 2 more and paired them to four different channels on my Fan Controller. Most of the time they are just running one pair @ 40%. when I need more for benching then I engage the others and or up the RPM's. Ive noticed lately in BF3 they stay at around 47-50c with OC settings at 850/1700/2100. And thats just with a single pair of fans running at 40%.
Best part is this rig is now whisper quiet. This is still very much a work in progress. Im toying with the idea of getting the base plate back on as well the stock shroud. Fans are also a work in progress.
