No on the bolded items:
Clock Over Charging & Load Line Calibration are two things that you should just leave alone for now. That's why I didn't write anything next to them.

If your motherboard shows it has serious vdroop, then you can enable LLC (Load Line Calibration) to lessen the difference between the cpu voltage you set in your BIOS and what actually shows up in CPU-Z once you boot into Windows.

***Did a quick search and you SHOULD disable pci-e spread spectrum also, my bad.

Just set the SB to whatever the BIOS says should be the stock voltage.

You can't see the vcore in CPU-Z? Post a screenie so we can see what's up.

You're under water... you have a LOT of room to go upwards on that 6600.

you still have speedstep on that's why CPU-z says you are running (375 * 6) 2.25Ghz, it lowers the voltage when it lowers the clock.

dissable all cpu functions other than executable bit. (for testing)

Yes, disable: C1, Eist and all other throttling features for now. Sorry I forgot to mention that.

Post the voltages you are using for 3.6
Vcore:
CPU Term:
MCH:

You did good keeping the RAM at stock speed. Excellent. You booted and posted at 3.6 so it just needs some tweaking. Keep notes of what you're trying so you know what you've tried and what didn't work. You'll get it, keep at it, bro.
