Also, join date...today? Lol, and you're already flaming. GJ.

He's right. Rosewill have some solid units.

Its not ignorance, I did a lot of research before I ever built my first PC.

And, once again, I never said Rosewill has never made a quality PSU. Not sure why you're still arguing with me, I know which PSU companies/brands are known for reliability. Rosewill as a company/brand is not know for reliable PSUs. They have a few lines that are. Awesome, those are the ones you suggested.

I'm not stating opinion, just well known fact.

Also, bolded so hopefully you actually read what I'm typing.

I never said they didn't. My point was overall, as a whole, they aren't reliable. That doesn't mean they don't have a few lines that are very reliable...

I don't like hawking on people, but this still doesn't add up. We were discussing one particular Rosewill product, the HIVE 550W. How do other Rosewill products or the brand in general make a difference here? Why bring up other history that is unrelated to the discussion?

I ended up buying the Antec NEO ECO 520C, due to it being $30 off. We'll see how it does.

Ok.. I'm trying to remove a Molex-to-SATA adapter.. and it's not coming off. I suspect I'm not pulling hard enough, but is there something I need to do to get them to disconnect..?

Edit: Never mind.. It seriously took 10 minutes of wiggling.

I was looking at the Antec BP550 Plus 550W (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=17-371-016), and it seems to have gotten good ratings. My question is, will it work for high-settings gaming w/ the HD 6850, or is there something else I should get instead?

I already got the Antec NEO ECO 520C.

Just now I installed it and so far it's working. I admit I probably should have gotten a modular one because there are so many wires, but there's quite a bit of space in the bottom of my case because I'm using a micro-ATX board in a Mid-tower case..

Now on to phase 3, buying a graphics card.
