the memory looks good, it is designed for 2nd gen processors like the 2600k according to the features on the newegg page. you may also want to get a ssd to use as a boot drive for your os and most used programs. it makes the cpu feel much more responsive!

edit: oh, i see you had one listed already. looks like a sweet build : ]

Grab the Asus Maximus IV bro, you won't be disapointed, I promise you that.
also on the gfx cards.
Yes a 590 would be awesome, but, things to keep in mind: For them to get the 2 gpus to run well together on the same pcb, overclocking potential is limited as compared to lets say running 2 gtx 580s (same gpus)
Also, some games have issues with the dual gpu thing, especially if u ever decide to go for sli with those 2.
My recomendation: skip the 590s, grab a Asus maximus IV, it has the chips u need to run sli well, and grab 2 GTX 580s, its whats in the 590, but you'll be able to overclock it higher and easier. I can promise you that.
And since you obviously have abit of money to spend, theres no reason to go p67, yea its great, and you may not use all the z68 features, but if its only a little more, why not go with a newer chipset that might be slightly more prepared to take and IB chip in the future...
Plus the caching feature is nice.
hell, grab a 128gb or 256gb ssd like the Crucial M4 for system, and a 1 or 2tb WD Caviar Black for storage, or grab 2 of them and raid them. Also, you can even set up another small ssd like 32gb to cache the storage drives for even faster performance. lol
Why not lol?

At least grab a 128 or 256gb ssd for your system. I swear, after you get one, it becomes painfully obvious how much hard drive disks bottleneck our systems..
I wish I had done it sooner
Also, yes the sandforce controlled ssds like the OCZ Vertex 3 and Agility 3 are the fastest out right now, but have a lot of know issues. If you want a stable and reliable ssd, go with the Crucial M4. Its almost as fast without any of the issues, and their latest firmware just added even more performance out of it. Go with the Crucial M4. But if you're really set on a sandforce ssd, chances are ull be rma'ing it at some point. Just a heads up

Oh and one more thing. You'll enjoy going Intel, you'll prolly wonder why you ever stuck with amd. (unless it was just a money thing)
goodluck!
