You probably aren't even hitting 350w under load with your sig rig in a typical gaming scenario

Does the air feel hot when it comes out of the PSU? Maybe the whine is the fan revving up to cool the PSU? Maybe the fan is going bad?

I would try to add more fans to the case or higher airflow fans. I have even stacked fans in a pull-pull setup to move more air.

My case's airflow is good I don't know how to monitor my system temps but everything runs at cool.
Is there a way to test the PSU reliably?

How embarrassing. I seem to have fixed my issue by giving the PSU more breathing space. Thank you very much for the posts you guys would have been a great help had my problem been otherwise. Thanks again and sorry lol ***

Good for you, good thing you got it sorted without additional costs.. just keep in mind, feeding your PSU hot air or no air at all will have a severe impact on the life span of the capacitors no matter how good they are.
