Win XP x64 Damaged MBR Shows Multiple OS. Need help.

I'm in some deep crap. frown.gif I used to have a dual boot of windows 7 and Xp x64. recently I upgraded my motherboard and as usual I would perform the XP repair installation. I have done this many times before but this time I think I screwed up. The installation hanged up in the middle a couple of times and I had to restart the process. Then it stopped detecting the previous windows installation. I tried doing the FIXMBR, and FIXBOOT and a few commands that didnt fix it and now I see this!

Can anybody help..I really need to recover the XP installation rather than format it whole.

open the mbr file and delete the other OSs from the list. or go to advanced settings and chose the one you want to boot then set the menu time to 0 seconds so you dont see this on start up.( you can do this from msconfig too)
just go to mscofig, click boot tab, click the one you want set as defult and delete the others

edit
didnt read that it hung up during install, guess im no help after all
