. Install the texture pack folders and the glprog folder into your perfected doom 3 folder ( you install the texture and glprog folders in any mod you want to use it with ). And if for some reason its not working ( which you will see a difference ) then try putting it in your base folder also ( some users got it to work doing that method if it didnt work the first way )
