stupid question

so i have a pretty good wifi setup and my buddy has a sht one and is allways trying to get my wpa pass and he figured out all you have to do is click the network on my pc hit properties and hit show characters and he has my pass sooo is there anyway to eather not have the show characters button or something thanks for the help

Um easiest way...don't let him on your PC.

It's a feature in windows that when adding a wifi network you can change the password and show characters to make sure you're entering the right password.

You could log on with non-Admin rights, that should take care of this nosing around. Otherwise I don't think you can lock-down any part of Win as long as you're admin, so by definition you have access to everything.
