So I had a GameCom 367, and after about 1 year, the mic broke. Not really a big deal, since I had another mic in hand. But I decided to try my luck with their customer service.

And today, my replacement headset arrived. After 1 email to them showing my receipt for purchase, they sent out an overnight FedEX shipping to my house. It was honestly the best customer service I have ever had. I didn't need to wait, didn't need to sent me my old, broken headset. Just fill out a form, send then a picture of your receipt, and your replacement will be on its way.

Will definitely buy from them again.
