PSU Recommendations for server

Thread Starter
So after buying my current PSU and soon realising it was a piece of rubbish I don't want to make the same mistake again when building my server.

I need a PSU to power my server, specs are as follows:

Pentium D 820 @ 4ish GHz
MSI P6N-GM
Some RAM
2-3 HDDS

This server will be running 24/7 and MUST BE SILENT

Budget is as low as possible, 30-40 quid max

So cmon OCN, shoot me some ideas!

I get it you're from UK, sadly there are no decent 150W units commonly available in Europe so you'll need to go a higher, your best options below:
Antec VP450P @ 39 pounds, solit FSP made unit.
Antec EarthWatts 380D Green @ 40 pounds, excellent Delta made unit.
Huntkey Jumper 300 Gold @ 44 pounds, excellent 80+ Gold unit, not the best choice of caps but you won't have any problem because such low output/high efficiency units don't put out any significant amount of heat, also the quietest of the lot and what I'd go for.

Why else would he need a 400-450W PSU for a system that draws less than ~130W @ full load?
