Does ANYONE have max settings in FFXIV?

Ok, title explains it. Can ANYONE run FFXIV at full graphical settings. As you can see, my sig rig is pretty much as beast as it can get without traveling to the future for upgrades.

I'm talking about ambient occlusion on and DoF. All maxed settings except maybe AA, just because I'm only on a 1920 x 1080. For the life of me, I can't understand why with full graphics I drop down to 10-15 fps. I know AO requires a lot of power... but that I have. A 580 SLI machine should handle it easy... Is the game just that under-optimized?
Is there a Nvidia CP that I can set up for it to help it out? (aside from the force triple buffering and vsync)
Oh, and when going into 3D, the frame rate doesn't drop at all.. kind of odd..

Please, no flaming FFXIV in this thread. It isn't THAT bad of a game. Sure it isn't a great game, but I do enjoy it in small doses, and most people I hear talking crap haven't even played the game, or haven't played sense beta, so they don't know what they are talking about.

Have you tried disabling SLI and running it then? It may just have super poor SLI support. Worth a shot If you haven't already tried it.

I've just ordered it, so would be interested in seeing what the response to this is! Have been wondering about performance.

I started playing before I got my second 580, so I have tried it with non-sli. Thanks for the suggestion tho. It use to have poor sli support, but I seem to be getting 99% on both GPUs, and in SLI it defiantly out performs a single card, It just kills me not to use AO, because I love the look/feel of it. (were as most don't even notice it -.-)

Its just poorly optomized. Im sure after the game is playable content wise they will work on fixing that. Only problem i really have is my card running at 99% usage all the time.

Its possible it could be very poorly optimized and its one of those games that just eat up a lot of video ram. I wonder what your frames would be with 2 6970s or 2 580 3GB to either rule out my theory or verify it (Though my money is on poor optimized not a vRAM hog)

Oh, and I didn't think of that because I'm stupid... I'll try running it on the 3GB 580 single and see if that makes a difference.

Edit: Forgot to mention, I am running one 1.5 and one 3 with coolbits...

i have it lol, i have a 5770 with 8 draw, high textures no aa i pull 45 fps @ 1440x900 also it heats my GPU up way more than any other game or benchmark even Furmark and other programs don't heat it up, after 3 hours playing i get blue screens because it makes my gpu run just that damn hot.
atikmdag BSOD's

3 BSOD's within days of each other, and last 2 were yesterday hours after each other, seems my GPU just can't handle it lol.
