Mine took about 3 hours for the noise level to go down all the way and about a week for all the little bubbles to go away

you might want to fill it to the top because it might go down 1/2 to an inch sometimes due to the air bubbles around the system.

And for the noise if it doesn't go away i would RMA cause after 10mins of removing all the air bubbles from mines basically silent. which kinda scares me sometimes cause i feel like its not working.

nope, you have a pump/res combo so none of it matters. If it was seperate pump/res you would go Res->pump-> and so on.

my xpsc240 pump was making alot of noise at the beginning. after a day all the bubbles went away. and now my velociraptor is making more noise than anyting else.. didnt know this drives are so noisy
