gave up on bulldozer

just like the title, I gave up on bulldozer and am getting a 2500K build before the prices go up.

any way i could do better without increasing the price?

Yep looks good. I went 2600K from 955BE and never looked back. Sure ul sound like a fanboy saying it but its true:

"Intel IPC takes a dump on AMD, and yes things are so much better"


If you work out even just the power draw difference and add up the costs ul incur with all that extra bulldozer juice sucking 300w+ where as my 2600K with the GPU disabled on my P8P67 mobo uses 87w overclocked at 4.4Ghz on less than stock volts and out performs it and saves enough electricity in your first year to justify the price difference of intel. Click buy! lol

I agree P8P67 pro is the way to go.
everyone assumes Z68 is better as it costs more but in actual fact there is only 2 differences and not everyone will need those extras,
