Not real fimiliar with Rasa, but they look capable. I would go with the better cooling capacity as long it is with in reason price wise.

I am not a fan of this case but your needs seem to fit a Cm 932

I would just get a Noctua Nh-d14 and push the 2600k as far as you can without going over 75C or so under full load folding. Noctua will outperform any of the Corsair closed loops save for the H100 in a push pull config which with the added cost of fans will be more expensive and alot louder for a marginal decrease in temps. A custom loop would be the next step up but to me that wouldnt be worth it at all for a folding rig.
