EVGA has a lifetime warranty. I had to RMA a GTX 470 and it was pretty painless.

Not all Evga has a lifetime warranty, only AR series. The KR series has only 3 years warranty.

Plus, that warranty isn't transferrable. So if you upgrade and want to sell it, no warranty goes with it. That's why I don't mind the 3 year warranty. Ill probably upgrade in 2 years, and be able to sell it with a year's worth of warranty left.

I have an evga 560 ti superclocked single fan and a msi twin frozr2. The evga is much louder. 60% fan speed on the msi is relatively quiet, 60% on the evga one is annoying.

Twin Frozr II are my favorite. Unmatched cosmetically (IMO) and performance / quietness is unmatched.

If WC, just pick a good reference card.

Thanks for all the recommendations guys. What I'm trying to determine is if any of the SOC cards (TFII or Hawk) are worth the extra cash. Would I notice any difference taking the EVGA and overclocking it myself vs a SOC card.

My last card was the Hawk. AMAZING CARD! The Twin Frozr III cooling solution just can't be beat. (Unless you're WC'ing of course.) Had it OC'd to 1000mhz for BC2, and 1040mhz for Team Fortress 2 (less gpu intensive)

EDIT: Keep in mind the Twin Frozr gpu's are binned, so they are naturally able to obtain higher OC's.

I would go with the MSI hawk as well. IMO it's the best 560ti out currently. This is because it's one of the few cards to have proper VRM cooling, the other big one being the asus who's cooler I don't like very much (too much aluminum, not enough copper). The Hawk is also binned to give you a slightly higher chance of a high overclock on average than other cards, it's also comes with a really nice factory OC of 950Mhz. $253 after shipping and rebate and comes with a free game right now from newegg.
