You'll want to check your load voltage readings from CPU-z... If these voltages are just the motherboard settings then it is possible that the load voltage hasn't changed but the motherboard has degraded so requires a higher set voltage for the same load voltage.
Unfortunately if you don't have past CPU-z voltage readings we won't be able to check that.
Nov. 8 2010. Vcore in BIOS at 1.27ish
Voltage under load = 1.192
Nov. 29 2010. Vcore in BIOS roughly at 1.27ish
Voltage under load = 1.200
Now. Oct 14, 2011. Regarding picture below, Vcore in BIOS is set at 1.28. Note, it is NOT stable at 1.28, I have to push it to 1.31 to get it stable. And even then a few days ago it BSODed (0x101) and needs more Vcore.
Voltage under load = 1.208
Voltage under load keeps increasing from 1.192 to 1.200 to 1.208, what does this mean?
And I don't actually remember the exact BIOS voltage numbers back then so they could have been slightly different, would that have an impact on this reading?
