Alright. To do the offset, I need to look at my VID through RealTemp, then look at the Vcore in CPU-Z. If I subtract the Vcore from the VID, I'll end up with my Offset and the sign (positive if VID>Vcore, negative if VID<Vcore). Someone check me on this.
You got it!

Also, round up or down by increments of 0.005V. For example, let's use my difference: my VID flip-flops between 1.3561 and 1.3611. The difference between that and my target core voltage of 1.392V to 1.400V is 0.0359/0.0309 to 0.0439/0.0389. So using a Load-Line Calibration of Ultra High, I can use anything from +0.030 to +0.045. For me, the Offset ended up needing to be +0.040. For someone else who has the exact same VID range of 1.3561 and 1.3611 and the exact same target core voltage, they may find that they need a slightly different Offset other than +0.040 - even if they are using an LLC of Ultra High with the exact same sig rig as mine (right down to the very last detail).

Congrats! And yeah, offset voltage = target Vcore - VID.

Here's what I've calculated:

Sorry that I am not understanding all of this. The way I get it is that the VID is voltage that the motherboard is applying to the processor when it is running. The Vcore is what you want it the voltage to be. So to get what you want, I'll need to take away some of the VID using a negative offset?

I want a Vcore of 1.325V. At idle, the processor runs at a Vcore of 1.336V, and a VID of 1.3411. At load, it drops down to 1.320 Vcore and 1.3761 VID. That makes my offset somewhere between -.005 (true value is -.0051) and -.060 (true value is -.0561). The average of those values is -.0325 which should be rounded up to -.035.

So my final offset should be -.035?

Another small issue. I've noticed that my computer is having random "micro-stutters". It normally only happens when I try to do something graphical (such as move a window around or things like that. That's not related to this, is it?

One more issue. I got a warning from the Asus AI Suite II that the voltage from the 5V line was out of spec. It was at 5.040 when I opened up the voltage tab. This ok?

Little stutters could be attributed to RAM, or the GPU. I have never been stable and had any stutters or issues. Sounds like GPU to me. Do you notice any artifacting (random spots flickering or anything like pixel discoloration etc...)

No, but my RAM is still underclocked, so that might be what's up. I have had GPU problems before, but those have always been attributed to sucky 28X.XX drivers.

Underclocked ram shouldn't cause it. Check on your GPU temps etc... and drivers.

Your math looks good.

Not sure about the stuttering but have you done any stress testing after switching to offset?

Oh, and don't trust AI Suite for voltages, it can be kinda buggy.

Sounds good. Let me do this offset and I'll start stress testing again. How will I know if the offset isn't correct? What should I do to fix it?

Before I do anything, I need to say this:

Core voltage goes in increments of 0.008V. So let's start at 1.264V:

1.264V, 1.272V, 1.280V, 1.288V, 1.296V, 1.304V, 1.312V, 1.320V, 1.328V, 1.336V, 1.344V, 1.352V, 1.360V, 1.368V, 1.376V, 1.384V, 1.392V, 1.400V, 1.408V, 1.416V, 1.424V 1.432V, 1.440V, 1.448V 1.456V, etc...

So 1.325V cannot be achieved. You need to shoot for either 1.320V, or 1.328V.
