I wanna crossfire 2 XFX 6870's. Will this PSU be enough?

Absolutely. Even a quality 550W power supply would be enough.

AMD recommends a PSU that has a peak capacity of 600W, but the 650W XFX Core Edition's peak is somewhere over 750W (it is capable of continuously delivering 650W).
