Pentium D 95w + 3 phase power, to overclock or not?

OK, I'm sticking together a server with some old parts lying around. I will be using a 95w Pentium D as the CPU, and a MSI P6NGM for the motherboard. Now after reading about lots of AMD systems blowing up because of inadequate power phases I was wondering if the same is possible with my server?

So basically should I overclock this CPU on this mobo? Or is there a large risk it'll blow up?

I would overclock it. I don't think those problems existed on hardware that old.
