I had a GTX 260 (192) crap out a few years ago. They sent me a card in terrible physical condition and it had severe stuttering in all games. I called their office in LA about 5pm and the VP of sales actually answered the phone (Joe Darwin). I went back and forth with him for about 15 minutes and he finally agreed to send me a new, sealed card instead of the usual refurbished "someone-else's-problem" card. I wasn't overly impressed with their RMA service, but at least they speak good English.
