I'd much rather have a "used" replacement in that they physically tested it before sending it than a freshly new replacement with the risk of it being faulty. OCZ did this to me with a Vertex 3 SSD RMA.
I don't know about you, but everytime I get a used replacement, it always has the same issue my initial product had that I returned. They are used and with them for a reason: because people like us returned their faulty items. They probably take a stab at repairing it, but the fact is it is just plain faulty. I would rather have a new product sealed and ready for me and if it doesn't work, they can pay shipping charges both ways and try again.

To the op. They should take care of you. Also i dont know if its been said or not but have you tried the 260 or 270 drivers.
Read my huge post on the second page.
Mainly motherboard issue, but between the morons on the phone I dealt with long ago, horrible support, getting faulty products with the same problem in return, and their obvious attempts to pull more money out of me by "getting me to ship it so they can tell me how much it would be to repair it", I just don't deal with them anymore. There are better boards for overclocking anyway.
Never had problems with their vid cards, but all of the above made me want to stay away from their products as a whole.Edited by rdasch3 - 10/17/11 at 4:44am
