Help with an AMD 1100T

Help !!!

I need advice on overclocking the 1100T.
This chip is proving to be a little bit tough.

A little bit of info, Im doing to 10 runs on IntelBurnTestV2

all values standard in the bios. - runs fine.
all standard, but multi @x18.5 & volts @1.5 - crashes.
multi @x20 & volts @1.5 & nb@x10 & nb volts @1.25 - crashes.

If I used x18.5 or above it crashes, only seems to run at x18 or below.

I can get it stable at,

Ref @220
Multi @18
Volts @1.5
HT @2200 {also runs stable at 2640}
NB @x13 {2860}
NB volt@1.25

If I put the ref upto 221, it crashes.
If I put up the multi upto x18.5 it crashes.

What are the temps at each setting? It seems you use a bit too much voltage which may lead to high temps and unstable OCing. 1.5V is ok for water cooling as you can usually still keep the CPU below 60°C, on air it's a bit too much.

Also, that RAM you have is rated at 1333Mhz but at the moment you are running it at closer to 1500. You'll want to back the RAM down a bit as that could be causing some problems as well, in fact I'll bet that's why you can't increase your ref. clock.

Do not change Base Clock=FSB
Never overclock HT link. Leave or adjust to keep it at 2000.
For CPU-NB frequency, You don't increase NB voltage, you increase CPU-NB voltage. If you mean CPU-NB by NB, please get used to using CPU-NB It makes confusion.
Also, set your ram Multi so it runs default. Same with timing. AUTO doesn't always play good. You may need to set them manually. Also if you have 4 sticks of ram, you may need 1 step more than default ram voltage.

So, you start with CPU multi, Cpu Voltage, CPU-NB multi and CPU-NB voltage. Set cpu-nb multi to 200x13=2600 for now. You shouldn't adjust CPU-NB for that speed. Try CPU multi at 16,5 without CPU voltage. Run IBT, 5 runs should tell initial stability. If it's not stable nudge cpu voltage 1 step up. Find a CPU overclock with under 1.5v first. Then get working on CPU-NB.

(there are also some other cpu voltage settings like PLL or Load Line Calibration. I don't know about them much but i'm sure there'll be people advicing)

Voltage abit too high, Pull it down the 1.4v.
Record your temps too.

A little update,

I managed get the multi upto x20, to get that I have to enable 'unleashed mode'
The only problem with that, is I cant get any readings in 'core temp' when that mode is enabled.
I can get a reading when Im in the bios, the cpu is sitting at 37c @ idle.

So without 'unleashed mode' the the pc crashes if the multi is passed x18.

Ive called it a day with this motherboard, nothing stays stable.
So Ive just bought an ASUS Crosshair IV Formula instead.
