Mobo for 23/7 CPU folding rig

Thread Starter
I'll be using a 2500K or 2600K, haven't decided yet really.
Anyways I need a _cheap_ mobo for a decent OC (4.5G's minimum)
Right now I have two boards specifically on my mind:
The AsRock p67 pro3
and the asus P8Z68-V LX.

They cost the same thanks to the p8z68-v LX being on sale at the moment for 90€.
I'll be folding on this thingy so the extra year of warranty is nice on the asus one BUT the AsRock version would have mounting holes for 775
I understand that ASUS has 4+2 while asrock has 8(virtual)+2. I don't think this would hurt OC'in too much I guess?
The extra x4 slot is nice in the asus but I can fit a graphics card in x1 slots for folding so it doesn't really help that much.
The biggest question here is that I know the pro3 will OC nicely and I like the features, but for the price would I overclock as well on the normally more expensive ASUS?

Asrock is pretty good, I have at least a 4.8ghz stable~ aiming for 5ghz prime95 run tonight, had 1 hour stable (I stopped it) last night with 48x104.2.

Overall I'm glad I went with it.
