i am doing my friends build and i have a few questions.

Is the psu reliable?

Fans loud? Based on other people i have read its really loud ?

for 2 gtx 560 ti (No oc whats a good wattage) Sorry cant use calculator since im on a mac

Very very reliable it has one of the best reliablity rating's going.
and their rma's service is 2nd to none.

I've never really heard the fans tbh never loud but they keep the psu very cool.

750w would be plenty

would i be able to oc to 4.0ghz with 2500k and still have headroom

With plenty left. 750 is the one to get

If you can find a 850 on deal it's worth trying to get that one

The platform and the PSUs in question are far too new to claim "very very reliable" and still hold a minute amount of credibility..

@OP, the TXM units are good, as far as reliability goes few things can be said at this point, they're on the market for a little over a month..
As far as noise goes, none of the CWT made units is truly silent, if silence is the primary concern you need to look somewhere else, although with two 560Ti cards I wouldn't worry too much about the noise output of the PSU

Any solid 700W unit is gonna be plenty for a 2500k and a couple of 560Ti cards.

They're reliable... Not sure how loud it is, though.

650w is fine for that rig + overclocks. Getting a 750w is unnecessary.
