Hey guys this is my first post and Im kinda new to the whole overclocking thing. I have just been informed that I CAN overclock with my MSI Afterburner. I currently use it just to control fan speeds and such but would like to get the most out of my GPU without causing any damage or taking away from its lifespan as I cannot afford another haha. So I currently have version 2.1.0 of afterburner. I have a slight idea of what I am doing but need guidance. A what and how if you will

Pretty straight forward. If you have stock cooling, I would be wary about how much to push your card and keep an eye on your temperature at load.

Otherwise start by increasing your core speed little by little. At each increment, stress it for stability. Have a notepad to keep a record of which core speed is stable and temperature. Once you've gotten to your desired speed, you can move forward to o/c the other settings.

Good luck

I play BFBC2, should I have this game running while I adjust my clocks? and just watch temps? What am I looking at to make sure its stable? Do I play with memory first or core?
