Its high enough that some Intel guys can just get free Intel stuff whenever they want. Some guy basically got two 990x and two 510's for no real reason (he wanted a new rig - he asked - higher ups said "yea sure whatever"). IIRC he ended up with an SR2 build that was well under $2000 due to freebies.

haha, it makes sense now. Automatic routing is pretty bad. Had worked with it before.....AMD should have known better. No wonder the engineer left....

Lol are you two insane? Or kids with no sense of money? That's more money than a neurosurgeon makes. Average engineer out of college makes 50-60k which is awesome money (most people make 25-40 out of college). So if you're a tenured engineer working for any technology company and are pretty high up the engineering ladder you can expect upwards of 100k but No more than 200-250.. which is a crapload of cash. Only way to make those 500k+ figures are by owning your own company or hacking into payroll.
