My Kuhler is like this (Case rear)(Fan blowing out of the case)(Kuhler 620)(Rest of case) I'm just using my stock case fan for it. I think ill add the supplied one as push once i find some more screws (such a pain ). Is there a way to mount it withought screws?
Oh, that might be why...Your fan is mounted to pull air from the radiator out of the case. It's better if the fan is on the other side of the radiator so it pushes air through the radiator and out of the case. What's even better is if you have a fan on both sides to move the air through the radiator (this is the push-pull setup I mentioned previously).

As for LLC, keep it on for now and see if switching the position of the fan does any good.

If your board does have LLC, you need to keep in mind that whatever your BIOS voltage is will not be your final voltage. As soon as you load all 6 cores your vcore will shoot up. I have actually been having problems OCing mine because of this.

This is a thread I made last night on the subject if you run into the same problem.

I can't mount the second fan The cooler only came with one set of screws and I don't have any more. They are the same as standard ones used to secure hard drives but longer. Does anyone know where I can find those or what they are called?

Home Depot should have what you're looking for. Bring one of the screws that came with the Kuhler 620 with you and ask one of the people who work there to find a couple just like it.

You could also order them online. I've used zip-ties to temporarily mount a fan in the past.
