yes friends, you CAN play at high DPI. I'm currently using a Sensei at max DPI for everything. Just be pro about it.

You're going to get really bad RSI...

Nah, actually I always argue high DPI gaming is better for your joints (in theory?). You're not moving nearly as much. The only con is the learning curve, but you just gotta stick to it for a couple days.
You're not moving as much but you're applying way more pressure on your wrist/fingers to try to be more precise. It's like trying to thread a needle for every single movement you make...

Wrist(claw) 100%, high DPI

It's not as much effort as a lot of people think because it's divided between the 5 fingers. I do turn my sensitivity down when I'm magic lassoing a picture but that is it. I am planning on making vids with my Sensei at 11.4k DPI in the future and I'll post somewhere. Might be a while though cuz I've been caught up in Street Fighter so haven't had time.

Only if he grips the mouse too strong (which actually is what the ultra low DPI players do to hold the mouse at high speeds).

Finger movement feels more like a trackball at the end.

Sensei 11400 CPI = Xai 5700 CPI 2:1 settings
You're just skipping pixels dude, there's nothing pro about it.

Sensei's max resolution is just interpolated so you're actually skipping pixels if you use that much sensitiivty (you can achieve the same by changing your cursor settings)... it's simply counterproductive to use a 2x5700 interpolated CPI as there's no multiscreen setup that would request more than 5700x4 (which is the max sensitivity multiplier most apps give you) CPI for a high sens user.

The whole point of interpolation is to fill in those missing pixels, assuming it's adhering to the definition of it. I can perform at a pretty high level in games @ 11.4k so I certainly haven't noticed any issues where I missed my target, if it somehow is skipping pixels.

I hold my arm and wrist motionless and slam my desk back and forth using my thighs.

You mean you're supposed to move the mouse?

I'll school you in some osu

http://osu.ppy.sh/u/xact

Seriously though, that dpi is way too high to play osu effectively...literally next to no control. I use about 800-1200 DPI.
