Maybe I was saying what I did cuz Samsung failed at having someone on the legal team such as her. A lawyer should know that all they say in court will be used and they will be held accountable.
Samsung doesn't hand pick their lawyers, they pick a firm who then picks the legal team.
Secondly, if she didn't have 20/20, they'd have said it right from the start in order to nullify the damage of her lack of knowledge.
Basically this is what happened; lawyer didn't study the case enough clearly and got caught. She will probably get her ass kicked by Samsung and the firm as well...she had ONE product to study for this case and the ENTIRE CASE is based on the devices looking similar. Wouldn't the first thing you do as legal defense for such a case be to familiarize yourself with the differences such that you can easily tell them apart?
I can tell you the difference between each Audi A6 trim package after working on a commercial for 2 days...and I'm not getting paid a couple hundred an hour.
Sad showing on her part and even sadder if that's used as evidence somehow.
