Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Titanium HD vs. Creative Sound Blaster Recon3D PCIe

Thread Starter
Any comments/opinions as to which sound card is better? The Recon3D is new while the X-Fi Titanium HD is older. However, the X-Fi Titanium HD is a pro audio sound card whereas the Recon3D is a gaming sound card. I care a lot about gaming sound quality but also care about movies and music. How do the specs of these two sound cards compare?

it`s your first post here so

Welcome to OCN

the Recon 3D series is very new

no very much infos about those , i dont think that you can find them in stores

but answering from what available

the HD is not pro card , you can consider it a high end card (for people with a lot of money )

and its only 2 channels (analogue)
the pictures available for the Recone 3D shows that it`s 5.1 or 7.1 channels

so the best thing to do is to wait until things are more clear about those products
