October Foldathon - Target achieved! [Stats and prizes posted] - Page 53

Countdown to END of event - make sure you get your WUs in 23 hours from now!
In for the first time...
Is the prizes for anyone who just folds for the two days?
Also, is the WU randomly given or can I set the gpu client to grab big WUs?
Also, do you have to have so many points for the random drawings?
I am folding on my sig rig but I added a 5850 to the setup for dual gpu fun.

My CPU grabbed a 10134, which will finish at 9pm tomorrow.

I should be able to get 1 WU from my GPU every 3 hours, thought they're only about 450 points each.

If I saw that, I would delete my work folder just to get as many wu's in on this foldathon.

Drop a 58k wu, first time I've ever had a bigadv drop during the foldathon, it's always a few hours before or after , well I won't get another bigadv done so switched to gpu and smp clients. Looks like I'll pass my goal of 65k

Everything except the GTX460 and possibly the i7/x58 will be open for anyone who folds during the foldathon. To be included in the drawing for the gpu and cpu/mobo you have to be an active folder prior to the foldathon.

We passed the 1/2 way mark!

In the next 12 hours or so I should drop nearly 40k into the bucket.

Took a pic of some of the clients running to remember the event...
