Best choices for the cpu to make it live longer?

Thread Starter
I have overclocked my cpu to 4.7ghz with manual vcore: idle 1.344 and 1.325 in Prime95.
I have also found an "offset voltage" that works then there will be: 0.9 idle and 1.336 in the prime 95 (1.344 spikes sometimes)
Offset uses the more vcore in load than manually, but on the other hand, uses the offset less vcore idle, what are the best choice to of the 2 "settings" above?

Offset would be a better choice, it helps overall temps and the longitivity of your chips like. You should be able to get it the same as the manual load voltage, try reducing the LLC by one and increasing the offset value, the voltage might be a little stable. That's why I went form using ultra high LLC with manual to offset high llc.

Hope that helps

Tnx for the tips, i tested LLC high and worked my way from 0.025 to 0.020 to 0.015 to 0.010 to 0.005 but no one was stable (i got dropp to 1.31v)

Ps: i have been using LLC ultra high, is that bad?
