Also, Will the PSU power everything i'm planning to get?

Mobo: ASUS P8P67 PRO REV 3.1 Intel P67 Motherboard
CPU: Intel Core i5-2500K
Ram: Corsair Vengeance Desktop Memory Kit - 8GB (2x 4GB)
PSU: Corsair TX850W Power Supply - 850W, ATX, 80Plus
GFX: NVidia 470 PSY
CPU Cooler: H60 liquid cooler
2 hard drives and 1 SSD

tx 850 is waaaaaaay overkill and overpriced IMO. even if you end up SLI-ing those 470s you won't need that.

you can go even cheaper if you don't need/care about modular PSUs or 80plus bronze

I'm trying to buy everything off of tiger direct so I don't have to recieve 1 package, and wait for another

Is this decent?

Yup, it's a solid PSU. Not a horrible price, but newegg has free 3 day shipping anyways. You'll most likely receive all the packages at once anyways, just in a different box.
