I have already disabled hardware acceleration, and I have reinstalled 11.9 twice.

The graphs show that the GPU is being utilized, there must be some apps running without your knowledge.

Try this:

msconfig > disable all startup item and enable only one > restart PC and check again. Enable one item one by one to find out what is using the GPU.

Do the same with all items under services tab.

EDIT:

WAIT

I know it is firefox because every time I switch a tab or anything, it spikes. Also, I already tried the beta version and uninstalled it because it did the same.

Anyhow, the temperature must not reach 100°C running Furmark fan speed @100%. It's nothing unsual around 85°C should be lower considering ambient at this time of year.

Try with other games and check the load temperatures using GPU-Z under sensor tab. If the temps are unusual, contact tech support to replace the TIM yourself or to send it back. I would re-apply the TIM because the replacement could be worse and wasting my waiting and going all the hassles.

i just recently bought two of these to try something different then my 470's and my run about 35-39 c idle on 50% fan. Here is a screen shoot. On another note the only why i can reach 900+ on core will be doing a hard flash on the card through a bootable usb and all the stuff like flashing a 465 to a 470??

You using the side fan on your case? If so try running without maybe it's starving your gpu?

If that won't fix it it looks like you should send her back imo.

From what I understand, Firefox 4 and higher use GPU acceleration to speed up the browser so you're going to get some GPU activity when using firefox as it utilizes the GPU to make the browser faster when rendering websites and media

Actually, I never had room for the side fan on my case, so I removed it.
