Bought a Mionix Naos 5000, question

I really like this mouse so far, it has a good amount of weight with the optional weights in that suit my hand perfectly. The shape is just right for my grip as well, most comfortable mouse I've used. I'm having a hard time adjusting to how well it tracks on my pad, I have the propus 380 and it didn't work at all with my intellimouse 3.0 so I had to keep picking the mouse up and dragging it back.

Anyways, my question to anyone who has one, does your fail to start with windows? Each time I restart the computer the mouse doesn't even light up until I unplug it and plug it back in again. I thought it might be the program starting but even after like 10 minutes it still doesn't come on.

Hi. I have the Naos 5000 and haven't experienced any problems with starting up in windows. Might it be a driver clash or something?

I have no problems with mine. However, I noticed something in your post...

You said that the mouse wouldn't light up on boot. Do the mouse lights turn off when you shut down? The lights on mine don't turn off unless I actually unplug the mouse after shutting down.

Yeah it shuts off completely. I haven't had any problems with it other than the fact that it stays off. Maybe it doesn't like being plugged into USB 3.0 port?

I don't have any problem either..
About the light, it's true that naos 5000's light doesn't turn off after shutting down, but it will turn off after you turn off the psu. I did it everytime with my naos, and I always turn off my psu after I shut down my pc.

Maybe that's the problem.. Naos 5000 has been a great mouse to me because of its ergonomic, rubber surface, macro, customize ability, great quality and great looks. I have experience no problem with it..
