with the front case IO wiring, you'll prob have to get creative and possibly "customize" it.

the psu, total amperage is enough, but i get weird about trusting dual rail systems and their power delivery...

at least i prefer to buy a new psu rather a new mobo.
the lenght of the card is 8.25 inches that counts for the whole gpu i mean from the ports to the plastic?if yes i think it will not touch the cables but that sounds impossible....
Edit: I think i confirmed that it wont get past the cables. in my mobo's manual i see the how to connect a gpu part and i notice a pretty big gpu dont know which gpu though and it wont get past the cables of the case so i think i am ok

you'll be fine bud. If the heatsink comes up to the top of the pci slot, your fine, the cards sit a few mm's above that.
Just go for it.
If you're really unsure, grab it from newegg or somewhere that has a return policy. That way you can get ur money back if it doesn't fit

And a 550 will run the 460. I'm doing that right now. and my gpu is overclocked quite a bit.
Just grab it. It'll run.
