Once again, your opinion

do you even remotely know what FPS means?

Oh my, is that a rhetorical question?

you are most of the time flooring the key

Oh really, i didnt know that. There's double tapping in certain fps games, etc.

please try to look at yourself at the mirror first before you start giving advices

I have to say, I spend too much time looking at the mirror, but apparently, it isn't enough
There's no point in arguing with someone who doesn't have a clue. FPS...flooring the key, more travel time, more time spent pressing the key. If you're best argument is flooring the key, then why not recommend every switch there is.

The fact that you're so "GAMING SHOULD ONLY BE DONE WITH THESE TYPES OF SWITCHES" is what's going to get you problems.

you are the one who clearly have problems.

linear switches is the most ideal switch for FPS gaming due to how it is designed

i personally use Razer Blackwidow which has cherry mx blue and it is not good for FPS because you need to fully lift your finger on the key if your pressing rapidly.
I thought you'd need reds or blacks too but I am on Blues and have no issues. As always YMMV. Apparently some people have issues with the actuation point on Cherry Blues because it resets above the actuation point and a lot of gamers don't release the keys fully. It is not much issue for me though. I was concerned at first, having ordered reds but accidently getting blues. I tried it and found no issue for how I play.

haha...awesome

also I HATE HATE HATE when people won't respond to a comment directly and just put "straw man" in the text box. That's basically saying "yeah you're right" since you cannot come up with one remark to prove it wrong. Either that or you're lazy...

The ideal switch for anything is the one the user is most comfortable with.

Most use a linear switch? I still see a lot using rubber domes...

The reason most pro cs players use linear (blacks) switches is steelseries sponsors most of them and are forced to use their gear.

I personally like blues just fine for playing FPS. Its a matter of personal preference.
