It looks like it will do 4.5-4.6Ghz for sure but maybe it will run your 2500k at 4.9Ghz, every chip is different. A higher quality board might be able to go faster but it might not be cost effective. Upgrading to a 2600k, a board with better CPU power circuits and VRM sinks, and DDR3 2133 would be a good basline for a dedicated folder with high ppd. That would cost another $180 dollars more then the minimum cost build though so the PPD/$ might be close between the two if you can clock high enough to finish bigadv on the 2500k.
