Is this a Dirt3 Edition Sapphire 6950? I'm so confused. - Page 3

Hey mate

I've also bought a dirt3 edition card and received the same card & box as you did, though there was a dirt3 coupon in my box!! Can you look again??

I can tell you this: the card is indeed 2gb and look (and performs) exactly like a dirt3 edition card!!

Tomorow im going to switch the dual bios switch to possition 2 and see if the shaders unlock

They gave my cousin two dirt 3 keys in one box, he gave one to me...you aren't missing much.

To OP: you have the same card as i have so you just have to switch the bios switch to position 2 and the extra shaders will be unlocked

Okay, problem solved.

My card shows 2GB in GPU-Z and I just flicked the BIOS switch and have the extra shaders! going to overclock it next.

Thanks everyone for the help, check out my build log (soon to be uploaded in detail).

What voltage do you use in Trixx?
I get vertical lines when i play with the clock setting, during benchmarking, what does this mean?

Thread Starter
I'm about to overclock mine using Trixx, I did a quick OC last night with MSI Afterburner but no voltage control so I only took it to 900/1400.
Not sure how far I want to take it though, whatever happens I've got 6970 performance so I'm happy.

EDIT: I have little experience but vertical lines sounds like a voltage problem/deficiency.
