The only thing I don't get is why would you put the Star of David on a PC?
Ah, yes, and what is that thing on your desktop on the middle pic??

At least have the decency to clean up your mess before taking pictures...and the inside of that case looks like a fire hazard.. do some research and get some inspiration from some other builds around here man what's wrong with you

Okay, I don't understand if your fans are pulling cool air through the radiator into the case or drawing warm air out of the case or what. Either way the back of the case seems to be hindering the process.

Try this. Place the 2 radiator fans like I have them in the altered picture I'm attaching here: You want the fans drawing fresh cool air and pushing it through the radiator unobstructed. Your best bet would be going push/pull with 4 fans on the radiator. Fans with solid static pressure like these: Yate Loon Medium Speed fans. Those are good fans for pushing/pulling air through a radiator: not too fast/loud and with decent static pressure to force the air through the radiator.

The air has to flow freely through the radiator completely, bro.

I realize it's not always easy to run out and just buy things. I'm not sure of the pricing in Tel Aviv, that's where you are from right, but you can try this--along with the fan configuration I posted above to try and get some better airflow and lower the temps a few degrees.
