This is madness. Are you seriously going to spend that much money to make such a small increase in performance? And this is based on a game that isn't even out yet! And to top it off, you're not even using a 120 Hz monitor! This would be such a waste. 1st, wait until BF3 actually comes out so you can see real benchmarks. 2nd, if you really care about performance, be patient and wait until the next GPUs come out and upgrade then. Even if you have to change AA from 8x to 4x in the time being, I think it will be okay for 6-9 months. You do plan on playing BF3 for longer than 6-9 months right?

It's bad enough upgrading every time a new generation of GPUs come out, but upgrading within one generation is really a waste. Your choice of course, but if I were you, I would think about investing in a 120 Hz monitor instead.
