Fair enough, just make sure and watch temperatures because you're not getting any airflow across the hard drive. I don't actually have a Core 1000 yet so I can't speak to the in-real-life ugliness or blockyness of the mounting panel.

I live in Denmark, he payed 8.388 DKK which is 1.568 USD, but with an 24" LCD and keyboard smile.gif

You can see the shopping list here - https://www.komplett.dk/k/shoplist.aspx?mode=edit&ShoppingListId=991931

Also note that the case doesn't have enough space for an extra graphics card, so if you want to get a second one later you have to buy another case.

Nice build you have there, very impressed.

I too have the Fractal Core 1000 and have done some slightly unconventional fan settings. lol. I've also mounted my HDD up below the Optical, mainly because I wanted to cable tie both SATA cables together and run them up for neatness. I also found the front fan very loud at 100% so I've had to move it to inside the front of the case and ran if off system fan off the mobo and used speedfan to slow it down. It's pretty silent now. I'm running an exhaust fan through molex now.

I've also interchanged the sides so the blank side is now facing the mobo and the one with the vents is behind the mobo trey. I done this to keep the air pressure front to back
