EVGA SLI LE Problems

I hate posting here for any computer problems, solving problems over the internet can always seem incredibly easy or difficult.

Anyways....my sig rig is the machine with problems. I left it off for a couple of days, and when I went to turn it on this morning it went into a boot cycle were the power would 'pulse' and only the GPU fans would turn on for a split second then off...then on...never ending. I tired resetting CMOS and removing the battery. Then I though my power supply was bad and pulled my meter out and I'm reading correct voltages. The fan also turns on when I jump it. After plugging it back into my computer it turned on again....***? Although this time I don't have a display. I've tried another GPU and I get the same results.

This board was from EVGA's B-Stock...kinda leads me to believe that it has gone bad. I don't see any physical defects, i.e. blown caps. Before I run to Microcenter to get a new board I figured I should post here. I have tried reseating the CPU and removing the RAM. Also booting without a GPU.

tl;dr Computer starts up, no display. Tried another GPU same results...mb bad?

yes that too.. I feared the 580 and all of its 'massiveness' may have bent or cracked the board lol, also no results.
