How many volts is safe for NB?

Just wondering, got 3.8 ghz cpu stable but cant get 3ghz nb stable, how much can i overvolt before it becomes dangerous

1.45v max would be my limit.

You shouldn't need more than 1.4v imo.(cpu-NB voltage)

nb voltage or nb vid voltage? what should i raise to get a stable overclock
