Gene-Z or Fatal1ty?

Hey Guys,
I'm a newbie here in OCN so please bare with me..
I'm thinking of upgrading to SB soon and got a budget for 2 different MBs:

ASRock Fatal1ty Z68 Professional Gen3
ASUS ROG Maximus IV Gene-Z

Now I know that the ASUS ROG line are top guns but I've been reading reviews on ASRock and they're seem to be kicking ass even with low price points... So, since they're both within my budget, which would you think should I choose in terms of OC potential and overall performance in games and realtime usage (copy-paste/daily use/photoshop)

I plan to get a 570 and probably get another one next year for SLI and I know that it'll be a bit tight in the Gene-Z but I'm also gonna change to a HAF X so I think it should be quite alright (?)

I don't mean to be rude and any inputs would be greatly appreciated but I know that many people are 'biased' towards ASUS ROG lines but, please, an unbiased inputs would be the best....

Thanks in advance

Note: if needed, I have these specs in mind:
i5 2500k
G.Skill RipjawsX 2200MHz CL9 (F3-17600CL9D-4GBXLD)
Corsair H100
MSI N570GTX-PE/OC (TFIII)
CM HAF X

inputs regarding these specs are also very much appreciated

Edit: I saw in Newegg that the Gene-Z is about 100 bucks cheaper, but in my country, it's only bout 60 bucks cheaper and 60 bucks is quite alot here... Dn't kno why but ASUS are always pricey here

Since you're going for SLi, I think it would be better to go with the Fatal1ty.
The Gene-Z puts the cards really close together.
It's a computer.

I don't think you can go wrong with either of these boards. I'm extremely happy with my Asrock Fatal1ty Professional Gen3. It has great O/C capability and is feature rich.

OCing is also a not much difference then right? I've read that the Fatal1ty 990FX gave out a whining sound on the PowerPhase, any idea if this also presist on the Z68 model?

Yeah, I've been using it since AM2+ era never got any fatal problems at all..
Speaking of which, the extreme 7 has an NF-200 chip right? Will a dual x16 bandwith make much difference in SLI?

I'd rather not if there isn't mUch difference.. Frankly even the Fatal1ty is over my budget (at least with the price in my country which is about 303 bucks)
