Is my computer ruined?

So after my child played around with the Turbo V program my computer hasn't been the same.

It won't recognized my SSD with windows on it on boot. The BIOS doesn't see the drive, but by spamming the f8 key I'm still able to select the SSD via that menu.

I also had a duel monitor set up which no longer works. Both monitors work, all the cables had been check so its definitely a software issue.

My original working set-up was monitor 1 was connected threw dvi and monitor 2 threw hdmi, all connected threw one gpu.

Ever since the incident monitor 1 will not produce an image if monitor 2 is hooked up.

when monitor 1 is hooked up via dvi it will not work
when monitor 1 is hooked up via hdmi it will work.
when monitor 2 is hooked up via hdmi it will not work
when monitor 2 is hooked up via hdmi connected to a dvi converter it will work. (does not have slandered dvi slot.)

It's really frustrating that I can't get it to work. and even more since i don't know what happened threw the turbo locker.

What I have done : Reset the Bios, driver roll back, updated the drivers, configured with catalyses control, configured windows display proprieties.

Edit: forgot to mention that the computer will not shut down, it just gets hung up what is seems to be the end of the shut down but will power down.
I'm at a loss here.

System specs.
phenom II x6 1090T

Open up the computer and check the back of it to see if your child messed with anything/spilled something on it

No spills or foreign objects in the computer, when I came in turbo V was open, the computer was frozen, and the voltage/ mhz where moved. I want say mhz was at 240 and the voltage was at 1.4.

reset the voltages and everything back to stock/default and do the same in the bios. see if that fixes the hangs and issues. sounds like a bad OC and maybe something is wrong in the bios that is preventing a proper shutdown. I would flash to the latest bios as per the asus website

try to clear CMOS manually at the back panel button. and set everything default.
