Here's an article comparing them: http://thenextweb.com/apple/2011/10/...-droid-bionic/

There are plenty others but the results are all similar. I personally prefer the solid feel of the iPhone to the plastic and cheap feel I get with most other phones.

What test are you talking about? Got a link?

I agree, i use to be a big apple hater, but the iPhone and iPad changed my opinion regarding their mobile OS. I love my iPhone 4. I seriously cant imagine myself using anything else. Its very reliable and i haven't had any problems. But my buddy has the Samsung Galaxy S2 and he loves his. Bottom Line is both are great phones and you'll be happy with both. biggrin.gif

Both phones are awesome. I just got a galaxy s2 on tmobile and its great.

The great thing about iphones are that they're solid. Whether its build quality or reliability, the iphone won't let you down. The only downside is that if you ever use a gs2 or any oversized phone, it'll be hard to adjust back to an iphone screen.

Purely subjective.

-App Store (awesome games, awesome apps, there is NO app that you cannot find in that store, also if u jailbreak you can get every single app for free, cannot compare it to Android Market, it would be embarassing. Yes i know Android Market is growing fast and its impressive but still the number is too low compared to App Store)
There are a ton of apps you can't find on the app store, thats why people jailbreak their phone. Also, Android Market is larger than the App Store. The variety of apps is much larger as well, since you basically have the App Store + Cydia + things that are completely impossible on iOS regardless of whether the device is jailbroken or not. Most of them don't even require root, so stock to stock Android makes iOS look like a feature-locked dumbphone.

-Higher Screen Resolution (The Galaxy has a bigger screen, makes browsing the web and watching movies or games a better enjoyful experience, but what can you do with that awesome screen when there are no games or apps to take advantage of it? )
Just about every big game on iOS is available on Android. Android even has Minecraft.

As far as screen resolution goes, effective resolution on the Galaxy S II is much higher. Viewing websites on both devices the Galaxy S II displays a lot more content, since the screen is 44% larger.

I'm going to be getting the Samsung Focus S (WP7.5) when it comes out on AT&T. I'm upgrading from an iPhone 3G

Sorry that I enjoy having those things plus 3rd party applications that don't burn my wallet and have a waaay bigger variety than the android market. Also, underground apps that let me do things Steve Jobs would frown upon.
