Is there some sort of SSD caching similar to SRT found on Z68 mobo's for AMD systems? Just curious.

I haven't seen any technique from AMD do stuff like Smart Response Technology before.

You may try OCZ Revodrive Hybrid (100GB SSD+1TB HDD in a PCB) or Seagate Momentus XT (I'm not sure the series) which has SSD/NAND works with HDD.
